Ipsy Glam Bag | Sept. 2019

Hey hey Friends!!!

It’s time for our monthly installment of the Ipsy Glam Bag 😀  If you want to get your very own Glam Bag with me, you can use my link HERE to get your very first bag!

Everything in this month’s bag came in this dusty mauve bag with constellation pattern.  The bag also featured gold hardware zipper with a quartz crystal pull (although I’m pretty sure it’s plastic lol).  The inside is satin lined in deep navy blue.

First item in the bag is 111 SKIN Space Defense Bright Eye Life Gel NAC Y2.  This eye gel is supposed to be lightweight, brightens, minimizes puffiness, and majorly hydrates the under-eye area.

Next there is the GLOW RECIPE Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask.  I know…here’s that “mask” word again lol.  However, you can use this either as a wash-off mask after 10 minutes, or apply a light layer as moisturizer overnight and wash off in the morning.  I’ve actually been using the full-size I got from Sephora and I really like it.  It definitely hydrates a lot and gives your face a very nice glow after you complete your nighttime skincare routine.  This product contains watermelon, seaweed, and pumpkin fruit extracts to brighten, protect, and even out skin texture.

Next is L.O.C.K. COLOR Unicorn Glow Hydrating Primer.  This gel-like primer is made with hydrolyzed collagen to give your skin a major moisture boost and create a smooth canvas for long-lasting makeup.  This is a new brand for me that I haven’t heard of before but I am looking forward to trying it out.

Next is my favorite product of this bag’s selection – OFRA COSMETICS OFRA x Madison Oh My Ry Ry Liquid Lipstick.  This shade is part of a limited-edition collab between Ofra and lifestyle vlogger Madison Miller.  This shade is described as a gorgeous beige mauve that won’t feather or fade.  This shade is my all-time go-to, and it’s especially just right for fall.

Last but not least is THE BEAUTY CROP Eyeshadow in Seren.  This brand’s products are inspired by healthy living, utilizing plant-based ingredients and natural oils in everything they make.  While this shadow is very smooth and the perfect shade for fall, I was not too impressed by the color payoff with the swatch in that it wasn’t very pigmented.  I’ll still give it a go wish a brush and shadow primer, maybe it just needs to be built up.

What did you guys think of this month’s Glam Bag?  It was ok for me, my favorite being the Ofra liquid lipstick, but I’ll be using up the other samples as well.  Did you get your bag?  What were your favorite products?

Until next time friends!  ~XO~

      1. Right. I love my subscription boxes too! Everything inside I’m always grateful for. Like I love getting expensive products that I can’t afford to buy, it makes my makeup collection easier. Cause it’s hard for me to buy makeup in a store cuz I don’t know what to pick.
